1. General Policy
All payments made to E-Lab are considered for professional consultancy, research and campaign-related services.
Due to the time-sensitive and customized nature of our work, most services are non-refundable once initiated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Payment was made in error (duplicate transactions, technical issues).
Services were not initiated as per the agreed timeline.
E-Lab failed to deliver the agreed-upon service (as outlined in a written contract).
3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds will be issued for:
Consultancy hours or strategy sessions already conducted.
Research, surveys or campaign tools that have been developed and delivered.
Digital campaigns or AI-driven services once launched or activated.
Any partial use of subscription or package-based services.
4. Refund Request Process
Clients must submit a written refund request to [contact@bdelectionlab.com] within 7 days of the issue.
All refund requests must include proof of payment and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
6. Policy Changes
E-Lab reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with a revised effective date.
